Jeanette at the front desk was so friendly, and Kristen Nielson that did my treatment was so great. Kristen has the best personality and talked to me during the whole procedure, to warn me if something about to come up was going to be a bit more uncomfortable. I'm so grateful for The Mental Health and Wellness Group. So glad this is in our own community, instead of having To travel for this specialized treatment. I look forward to losing my age spots and to hopefully looking younger. Great job!

I have received two treatments of shockwave therapy for hip pain that I have had for the past couple of months. After the first session I had a very noticeable improvement and after the second visit most of the pain was gone. Very impressed with all of the staff and the office in general!

Just switched primary care provider to this facility. Chaz Moore actually read the forms. I filled out and asked me about everything. He addressed every question and concern I had and gave me viable options. I actually felt heard and cared about! This wellness group also provides many other services that I have utilized in the past they’re very professional, courteous, and kind I would recommend them to anyone who needs any services from their group.

In addition to providing mental health services the provider offers nutritional IVs and other services. I've had interactions with the staff as well as the owners and there aren't enough words to express how much they care about people. The office isn't just warm and caring, they TRULY want to help you. Their love of people is rare in this world and they are all truly gems. 20 out of 10 recommend.

Some of the most compassionate staff out there. They make all of their patients feel like family, while also maintaining professionalism. One of the only places if not the only place in Cedar City that does IV Ketamine treatments rather than injections, allowing for a dose more tailored to your needs. They also offer TMS treatment, esthetics, and a lot more. Highly recommend!

There are not a lot of options for people in Cedar to receive ketamine treatments, but even if there were, I wouldn't look elsewhere. The care I have received here, the genuine interest the whole staff has in tending to their patients far exceeds the experiences I've had at many clinics. I feel seen, heard, and cared for deeply.

I have battled with anxiety and depression for almost 20 years. I have been on MANY different medications. After just 1 Ketamine treatment I could tell a difference!! Very scary experience w Ketamine at this clinic. Be careful when considering- very nice friendly people but the safety and follow-up is extremely questionable. I wish it would have been managed a little more carefully especially dealing w potent drug and interactions with taking other medications. Wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did-

This is one of the most caring clinics I’ve ever been treated by. The staff was completely compassionate and kind at all times. I felt so safe there. I feel much better with the TMS treatment, although I still feel depressed at times; it’s manageable. My outlook on life is much more positive and I am coping better. I was having a great deal of anxiety but the TMS lessened that considerably. I think I will always be a work in progress but I feel blessed to have been treated by these wonderful people at the clinic.

I have been a patient here for nearly a year! I love this clinic! Ketamine infusions have changed my life. My depression symptoms kept progressing and were not responding to my antidepressants. In addition to managing my depression better, I am more relaxed. A few months after I started I realized how much more I had been laughing in that time! Daily tasks were far less daunting and overall, I was an easier person to be around. The staff at the clinic are amazing. They always make me feel comfortable and are so accommodating. They remember which room I like to be in, what amenities I enjoy for the experience, and make sure everything is perfect which makes the treatment so much more productive!

I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. I am a different person today than I was a year ago. I owe that to them, and I will always be thankful for it!

Ketamine has been nothing short of a miracle in my eyes. Its very fast acting and completely defeats depression and anxiety symptoms for weeks on end. The staff at Cedar City Health and Wellness have been curtious, professional and most importantly for me and others experiencing depression symtoms, kind and non judgemental. I highly reccomend seeking Ketamine infusions if you have been unable to resolve symptoms through traditional methods.
