After several interviews and research of different residential designers and architects, we chose Sam to design our custom build home. Our home is in its early building phase, but working with Sam through the the Design Phase has been wonderful. I am confident I chose the right person. During the initial consultation, Sam took time to listen, understands his client's wishes, and provides excellent opinions and guidance. He is easily approachable, and answers all questions with detail and professionalism. He is extremely visually talented, and has an excellent acumen of the City of Calgary permitting rules, and knows how to negotiate for his clients. He has been an excellent team member working with our builder and other vendors as well. His prices and what he provides for you is very reasonable. Just meet with him, take a look at his designs and you will be awed; and not need to look further for another residential designer!

Sam from Reverie Designs was so great to work with to design our custom home. We are so thankful to have found him after a not so great experience. Sam is a wonderful person as well as talented. He really listened to what we were wanting and always went above and beyond to make it happen. He has a great eye for architecture and is very knowledgeable. We cant wait to finally live in our new home!

Working with Sam at Reverie Designs was amazing. He designed our house and customized it to the needs of our family. We were blown away when we saw the first draft of our house plans, and we couldn’t believe how much he considered our lifestyle and need for functionality and space. It was our second time around at designing our dream home (first time with Reverie) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience and result – it really exceeded our expectations. The whole process seemed effortless as Sam kept us in the loop every step of the way and ensured he captured every detail we wanted for our home. We have just moved in to the beautiful home that Sam at Reverie Designs created for us. We worked very closely with Sam during the initial design stage. He has wonderful communication skills as well as a keen sense for design and architectural details. He clearly understood our vision. Sam’s design, incorporating large windows and high ceilings really maximizes the view on our lot. The exterior of the house is as distinctive as the interior.
During the building process, Sam was always available to consult with our contractor and designer.
We are thrilled with our new home! We highly recommend Sam and Reverie Designs.
