Very displeased!!!!! Although the bouquet was beautiful upon delivery I noticed the flowers were already withered….. especially the roses they were all already withered one of them was already drooping due to a broken stem… and the lily fell apart before I even arrived home!!!!! I called and left a polite voicemail letting them know about the experience hoping for a fix…. I’ve ordered flowers from many florists and have never had this problem upon arrival before. With the price that I paid (119) expected more I pay less at other places and get a better outcome….. the lady sent me a message but she wasn’t trying to fix the issue so I’m over it DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! (I understand that flowers die and wither away but upon delivery is crazy I’ve never had this issue before )

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day and Florista went above and beyond and accommodated my request of having the arrangement dominantly blue (my mom’s favorite color) and not having any lilies in it (because we have cats)! They also have superb customer service. Very responsive and warm. Highly recommend them!

I would not recommend this place! I ordered a corsage for my daughter's prom, hoping to support a small business. However, when we received it, it was disappointingly small, looking more suited for a toddler with just four baby roses. Despite my previous experiences ordering prom corsages, I was taken aback by the size and quality of this one. When I contacted the owner, I was simply told that this was the standard size. If different sizes like S, M, and L are available, they should definitely be listed to avoid such confusion. Unfortunately, there was no option offered to customize or upgrade the corsage, which would have been helpful. My daughter was quite upset as her corsage looked conspicuously smaller compared to her friends. Overall, this was a letdown and felt like a rip-off.
