Showed up at 5pm on a Monday but the door was locked and no one was there. The lights were on inside and the open sign was illuminated. Not the first time having a weird experience with this place, not sure what their deal is.

Avoid this grocery store. They sell out of date canned food such as the chickpeas I bought yesterday. The expiry date on the chickpeas was 2024! As well I bought a Barbari bread from Tanoor bakery… it was moldy, stale and had no freshness date. It’s obvious the owners don’t care about their clients…

Came here to get goat cheese and fresh herbs and vegetables, was shocked to see that the 3 cheeses I looked at had an expiration date from over a month ago and there was zero produce, just walnuts and 4 half-bad apples.

They do have a good selection of nuts and preserves (pickles, sauces, and spices), but if you’re looking for anything beyond the pantry, go elsewhere.

The store is very clean, and everything is of high quality, especially the butcher section, which maintains excellent hygiene. The prices are also much more reasonable compared to other stores, and the quality of the meat is exceptionally high. I highly recommend that you try buying from the butcher section at least once!

As a Persian, I always try to support Persian stores like Pasargad Supermarket. On Yalda Night, I purchased two watermelons, hoping to enjoy them with my family during this special occasion. Unfortunately, both watermelons were rotten and completely inedible.

I tried several times to resolve this issue by calling the store and requesting a refund, but I never heard back from the manager, despite their promise to return my call. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is very disappointing.

I’ve decided to write this review to share my experience. If the manager reaches out to resolve the issue, I am willing to delete this review.

Dropped into here out of curiosity and really glad we did. Very nice selection of Persian and European foods and the prices are competitive. Was really impressed with some of the European items they’ve decided to stock that I’ve not been able to find anywhere else (other than Europe)!
