Kababs were juicy and well cooked. As a Persian person prefer not to have basmati rice with my kababs as it didn’t smell good for me… it was cool and silent area and service was fast.

My friend took me here and it was my first time trying Persian food… Everything tasted so fresh and delicious!

They brought out this olive appetizer dish, usually I do not like the taste of olives but this dish was very refreshing and addicting!

The kebabs were flavourful and juicy!

The portions were really big as well.

Servers were tentative, welcoming and kind!

I would definitely come back and bring my family here.

The Joojeh kebab was perfect. The taste was amazing, and I really enjoyed all the sides. The staff were very kind, lovely, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I also loved the atmosphere. People were chanting for the freedom of Iran, and they were playing music about freedom. It felt very warm and welcoming, and we were able to celebrate together. The food was absolutely delicious, and I truly enjoyed the whole experience.

We had a wonderful experience dining here! The food was very good, every dish was beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends.

Our group of five had such a great time, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout. We didn’t take any photos of the food, but everything was seriously delicious and full of flavor. The presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh.
We had the mixed kebab platter, fish kebab, kashk-e bademjan, marinated olives, shallot yogurt, salad, and rice, all super tasty and well-prepared.
The service was great too, fast and friendly.

I only took a picture of the ice cream, but that’s because it was the one letdown.
We were expecting "Akbar Mashti" you know, real traditional saffron ice cream. But what we got was vanilla with food coloring and pistachio slivers. It looked the part but didn’t taste like the authentic thing at all. We were really looking forward to it, so it was a bit of a letdown to end the meal.

That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

We’ve been to Pasargad several times for their kabobs, and they’ve always been very flavorful and delicious. The servers are also welcoming and attentive, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. Definitely one of our go-to spots for Persian kabob!

pasargad should be a pass because what is this "food"? their water was the best thing served today....all of their skewers- lamb, chicken, and beef tenderloin, and beef, were so dry that my saliva got sucked away instantly. not only was it drier than those dry texters, but it was bland- it just twisted like the meat with salt. 1/5
dont even get me started on their beef stew... it just tasted like cinnamon with NO other flavours in there. the cinnamon was so revolting that i didnt even dare to take another bite of this mess -5/5
however their rice was fine it tasted like rice with salt and not even safforon

Absolutely delicious Ghaliyeh Mahi!
I had the Ghaliyeh Mahi at Pasargad Restaurant and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The fish was fresh, the herbs were just right, and the spice level was authentic without being overpowering. As someone from the south of Iran, I can say this is the real deal.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Persian seafood. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere too!

The staff are friendly, but they might not check on you often, so they may miss refilling your water. The quality and taste of the food are okay. However, the gheimeh stew on tahdig was served cold, some parts of the meat were still cold, suggesting it wasn't freshly made or properly warmed up. Kashke bademjon was beautifully designed. The menu offers a good variety of options. Overall, it was an okay experience, with some room for improvement. The portions are big, and there's plenty of space to seat large groups. Plus, there's free parking right in front.The decor is nice, featuring some traditional Persian carpets on the walls.

Totally recommend ordering the dogh. It was so creamy and delicious

Food is delicious, the kebabs are soft & juicy (they lack spices & seasoning) but still they are one of the best beef kebabs I’ve had in lower mainland. Portion size is good for the price. But the service here is not great, our server had hard time understanding what we were asking for & we had to repeat ourselves multiple times.

This is my first time trying Persian cuisine. I ordered the kashk-o-bademjoon (mashed eggplant) and chenjeh kebab, suggested by the waitress. The pita bread basket was cold and oddly enough came with a whole uncut quarter onion. Both the mashed eggplant and kebabs had MASSIVE portions. The eggplants had a very interesting flavour profile which I am not accustomed to. It may take some getting used to it if you never had it before. The kebab was almost the size of my forearm and came with a mountain of rice - easily a meal for 2. It was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The rice was delicious as well but in hindsight I should have gone with half rice and half salad. Definitely an interesting experience at a new cuisine for me.
