Amazing company, highly professional mechanics. They installed my RO water system in 2018. And on regular basic we do some service calls. Never overcharged, never unnecessary repairs. Guys are really friendly and respectful. Always on time. Easy to reach office. All very are very nice.

Cody came out to service our water softener. We had been experiencing sulphur smell from our water, cold as well as hot. He thoroughly checked out everything and found some debris in one of the tanks making regeneration impossible to run through cycle. He used peroxide to clean everything out and checked lines throughout the home, as well as draining our hot water tanks. So far, everything seems perfect! Great service and a very nice guy!

I was very satisfied with the service today. I called there office this morning around 8:05 and left a message. I got a call back within 5 minutes and scheduled an emergency service call. Service Technician had other jobs scheduled for the day but was able to squeeze in time for my issues with my water needs. Great job once again. I'm a repeat customer.

Went with Lowe's for my water treatment. Paul from Certain did an outstanding job helping me choose a water treatment system. He provided three options—good, better, and best—clearly explained the differences, and worked with me to decide what was right for my home.
Cody, the installer, arrived promptly a few days later and was very professional. He installed the unit quickly, walked me through every aspect of the water softener, and even went above and beyond by getting me a new check valve at no cost and adjusting my pump, which was low on pressure. He took the initiative to make sure everything was working perfectly.
I would definitely recommend Certain for your next water softener installation.
