Bad things happen sometimes when driving, and Blaze has the people to come help when you need it. I had hit a bad pothole in my Camaro an hour away from home in McDonough. I was a little worried about finding a tow service that would be careful with a low profile vehicle. I saw Blaze on Google and several very positive reviews from sports car owners. They can add one more from me. Broderick showed up prepared with the tow block ramps to aid in the transition of loading my car onto the deck. He loaded it at origin and unloaded it at destination with real care. As someone who tries to treat my car with care, it was reassuring to have Blaze do this tow with the knowledge and care of a professional. Of course anything can happen when loading a car, but I can say I would feel comfortable and confident calling them if anything similar happens in the future. I think the pricing was reasonable for the long distance, but I was honestly more concerned about finding exactly what I described above than calling around getting rates. Thank you!

If you need a tow truck in the area, dont hesitate and call Broderick at Blaze Roadside & Transport first! A family owned business with exceptional customer service, great pricing and an excellent attitude from calling on the phone with dispatch and right up with Broderick when he shows up and secures and tows your vehicle.

I wasn’t paying the tow bill and it’s always easy to spend other people’s money….I secretly wish the tow was 20 miles instead of 2 miles. Talking and laughing with Broderick was enjoyable and funny to take away the stress and hassle of having to call for the tow truck in the first place.

And I need anyone reading this that uses their tow truck service (go Atlanta!) to convince Broderick to go on a vacation with his family to Boston and see a Red Sox game at Fenway Park after stuffing themselves on all of the best seafood options in the city. He deserves a vacation to unwind. Thx again! 👍

Highly recommend!!! I broke down in Winder,GA and called AAA as I have been with them since the 90s. They first gave me a ETA of two hours. Then once they missed that they told me two more hours. After they missed that they started asking me to schedule the following day and would not give me an ETA. So I started to look for alternatives and found Blaze Roadside & Transport. I text them and they immediately returned my text. They said they had someone in the area and could be there in 20 minutes which I gladly agreed to. By the time I cancelled AAA and went back to my truck, they were pulling in. It was like ten minutes top. Broderick the owner is one of the nicest persons I have met. He tool great care of my truck and delivered back to my house. He and his company is now my go to company. I can not stress enough how great it is to deal with the dispatch services in getting a quick price upfront to the quick response. I know it will not always be that fast as it depends on the situation but the level of communication was awesome. Thank you so much for rescuing us.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLAZE ROADSIDE AND TOWING!!!

Blaze Roadside and Towing came to our rescue after another towing service provider left us waiting for almost 3 hours. We cancelled them and called Blaze Roadside. Broderick saved the day. Not only did he show up 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time, but he put our minds at ease with his expertise and genuine care for ou 31 year old classic. He showed kindness and care for not just our vehicle, but other properties well. When we arrived at our home, he took extra care for the yard and plantings. He notices and cares for the details. I will call Blaze first before calling anyone else for my towing and roadside assistance.

I was broken down in Athens GA on a Saturday. I have AAA with 100 mi towing coverage. I waited for 5 hrs talking to AAA several times. They couldn’t give me A ETA of pickup. I called Blaze Towing and they picked me up and drove my vehicle 90 miles to Greenville. They couldn’t have been more dependable or professional. I can’t recommend them enough. Than you Blaze for coming to my rescue when AAA wouldn’t.

My Corvette blew up, and Blaze Roadside was one of the 3 places i called near Winder. They were 60 dollars less then the other places.
Corvettes are not an easy car to get transported on a flat deck, but he got it done, got a little wet from rain, but kept a smile on his face.
I can not brag enough on the driver that came and picked me up. He made a tough day, not nearly as tough by just being good conversation.

I never got his name, but if he sees this, i'd love to meetup outside of my bad circumstances!

When searching online for a towing service, I had little hope of getting any help since it was after 9pm. (My insurance roadside assistance was unable to locate a towing service.)
However, when I called the Blaze business, they immediately answered with a friendly, efficient person who took down all my info and got a tow truck to me within the hour. They kept in constant communication and sent pics of the car after it was towed (since I was unable to remain with my vehicle). I have saved their number in my contacts though hopefully will not need the service again. I highly recommend them 10/10.

You know you're already having a bad day when you find yourself broken down having to call a towing service. Blaze Roadside & Transport made the experience easier and put me at ease during a stressful time. This company was very pleasant from the minute the young lady picked up the phone and until the nice young man delivered my vehicle to my house. They were prompt pleasant and reàsonably priced.
