My local vet recommended a tooth extraction for my cat, and we drove all the way from Flower Mound to CityVet in Plano because a friend’s cat had a teeth extraction surgery here and also I had good experience here before moving away from Plano area. I am so glad we did!

Dr. Brazil is absolutely great. She gave us very detailed instructions before the surgery and kept me updated throughout every step. I happened to miss one of her calls, but she left a very thorough voicemail, which I really appreciated.

I had mentioned my concerns about my cat's kidney health before the surgery. I really appreciated that Dr. Brazil took the time to review the blood test results and tell us to confirm everything was fine. It was a very considerate gesture.

The surgery went well, and my cat was active and was able to play with us and drink as soon as we got home. I also love how transparent their pricing is. The final bill was less than the original quote because the doctor assessed that my cat didn't need certain treatment - she made sure the medication was tailored exactly to my cat’s situation. They also explained to my husband throughly when he picked the cat up. Highly recommended!

I really try to stay away from writing reviews, and after some time to reflect I realized that a review was needed.

I first want to say that Dr.Tucker is amazing, and this review isn’t in regard to him, but his staff. Specifically a lady, whom I believe is the manager, Denise. She was very rude and dismissive to me and my concerns regarding my pup. Not only was she rude and dismissive to me, but I witnessed her being very degrading to her staff, which made me feel uncomfortable. She is a walking HR nightmare, and seeing someone with this kind of character be the manager to this office gives me concerns.

I have since decided to move to a different veterinarian office.

Dr.Tucker, I’d suggest reconsidering who you have managing your office.

Our pup started to have tooth issues recently so we took her in to have Dr. Tucker check her out. He found she had a cracked tooth, he let us know our options and we decided to have her tooth removed. Everything went smoothly, she's home healing and with a healthy appetite. Thanks to Dr. Tucker and his crew for their attentiveness and kindness to our girl!

Our family absolutely loves this vet! They are truly amazing with our fur babies. The vet tech Jenny Som-Bates is incredible — she is so caring, gentle, and loving with our dogs. You can really tell she cares about the animals she works with.

I live in Arlington and gladly drive all the way to Plano just so they can take care of my dogs — it’s 100% worth it. My family even drives from Duncanville to Plano for checkups and any issues with their dogs because we trust them so much.

We’ve had some really scary moments with our fur babies, but Dr. Brazil and Dr. Tucker have helped tremendously. Their care, knowledge, and the medications they prescribed made our dogs feel better quickly. They always take the time to make sure our pets are comfortable and well taken care of.

Another thing we appreciate is how affordable their services are while still providing excellent care.

We truly trust them with our dogs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable veterinary team!

We absolutely love Dr. Tucker and the entire team at CityVet Preston Park. Their level of professionalism is truly next tier, but what really sets them apart is how welcoming and accommodating they are every single visit. No question ever goes unanswered, and they always take the time to explain things clearly without making you feel rushed.
MisterGus genuinely gets excited to go, whether it is for his
paw-dicures, checkups, annual physical or allergy shots, which says everything. The staff is kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. They even greet us by first name at every appointment, which makes it feel personal, not clinical. The care, consistency, and heart they show both pets and owners is rare. I could not recommend them more highly. If you want a vet team that treats your pet like family while operating at the highest professional standard, this is the place.
