I had Liberty Home install a 15.5’ shade in my back window anb 2 weeks ago. And I love it. The downstairs windows face west and get cooked in the summers - even with the window shades down. This outdoor shade has made it useable again. When Alec told me this, I figured it was a sales pitch. But it lives up to the promise. Best part is that I can still see out to enjoy my view.
The installation team, Doug and Luis, were amazing. Showed up in time and did a fantastic job. Luis, the electrician, did such a clean job running the power to the unit and making sure the wires are hidden away out of sight. Really impressive job. Thank you for the wonderful work and great product.

First of all let me say that we love our retractable awning! The process of ordering and installation went smoothly even though the original measurements were off and the guys had to order a replacement awning. It worked out to our benefit we ended up getting a wider awning at no extra charge. The two guys (Adam and Michael) that performed the installation were knowledgeable and completed the installation in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area after they were finished and walked me through the operation of the awning. We used the awning this past Mother’s Day weekend and it worked out great for us. Great experience with Liberty home products.

We had an awning that needed the fabric replaced and had a difficult time finding a company to do it. Then we found Liberty. From start to finish, they were responsive, courteous and professional. Our initial appt with Chase went well, no high pressure. Our installers, Adam and Michael, were friendly and courteous. They left everything neat and clean around the project. Our new awning works beautifully and looks great. So happy we found Liberty and highly recommend them.

We had Liberty Home Products install shades on our windows. We are very pleased with the shades. They block the afternoon sun from heating our home and also reduce reflection from my windows burning the lawn. Additionally, we like the privacy they offer. The Sales and installation crew were awesome. They were on time and accommodated my requests when it came to wire routing. Additionally, when I requested extra remotes, they were responsive and provided the requested remotes. I recommend Liberty sunshades.

We purchased patio shades from Liberty Home Products and were very pleased with the whole process. Alec who came to give the estimate and took measurements was very thorough and answered all our questions. Doug and his team did fabulous on the installation! They let me know their timing & arrived on time. They did a great job despite some challenges with existing light on the patio cover. The pricing was clear and online payment options very easy. We are very happy with the finished product! I would highly recommend Liberty!
