We had a great shopping experience. Maggie worked with us to get exactly what we needed. I am 6' 3" and she showed us a recliner that was perfect for my height. She made sure we received the discounts (including a veteran's discount) and everything we needed.

The quality of the furniture is very good, very comfortable and with great sale prices. We bought 2 sofas and love them. A very big thanks to the staff at Lazyboy Port Charlotte who were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the delivery guys were great as well. Highly recommend this outlet. 👍👊♥️

Our purchase was perfect from the showroom visit when we made our selection to the day of delivery. Everything was setup and ready to enjoy! I highly recommend La-Z-Boy of Port Charlotte. Our sales person Allie was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and give us choices that fit our needs. The delivery crew was equally as professional.

We love our new sofa. I searched online, found some that looked good, very easy process once we went to the store in Port Charlotte & our salesperson Alex was a nice person to work with. We went with the extended warranty which says it covers "claws to jaws" protection for any kind of pet damage (we have cats). Great sofa, great price & hassle-free shopping process. Definitely 5 Star.

We bought a recliner for my husband who is very tall. Allie gave us such wonderful service! We had called on a Sunday and couldn't make it in until Tuesday and she gave us the sale price over the phone since it was ending that day. She was so helpful when we did come in and actually showed us the same chair but in a leather with power and we were sold. Very comfortable for a 6'6" man. Which is not easy to find and they had a great sale going on so we are very pleased with Allie and the chair. Delivered today and it is great!
