Robert and Tracy were amazing today! They were willing to drop everything and help get get this incredibly heavy, one of a kind, chandelier hung. I love working with this PC team! I am here one or twice a week.

First, this is the second not-so-positive review I've ever left! I found many great deals here today, and thanks to the tag colors of alot of the items being green and yellow, they were 50 and 25% off which was affordable.
Nonetheless, I found 6 new ceramic flower planter craft kits, but thought I'd check to see if they had all the pieces, when I found they were missing the soil and seeds. I thought if they'd known they were missing, they'd consider making a deal, at which point I could buy the items elsewhere. The lady and her manager she called over let me know in no uncertain terms they wouldn't, that they had done the research, and that was the price. Ok!
He also said his boss had told him I was back opening boxes and so he quite unkindly let me know "you don't do that here!"...after the fact.
Then, out of the many items I was getting, 2 were missing their price tag, and they said I couldn't get them because they had to go through the whole pricing systrm. OK, again!
Although I've been to several different restores many times, these policies are way different and from the other reviews, it sounds like there's no returns either.
Policies are 1 thing, but how people come across when letting you know about them can make or break the experience, and frankly, I'd recommend a few customer service trainings for all the employees, including management.🤗 We'd love to have you all pack up for a day trip and come down to Hurricane Restore, stopping in Cedar City's on your way and get some ideas on pricing, returns, deals, cheerfulness, empowering employees so they feel confident in making big decisions such as pricing a baby outfit on the spot....and ever so many things! You guys do have alot of neat stuff and I will be back when I have the opportunity and hopefully find some more great deals and meet really nice folks who love to make other's lives better everyday!

I hate to say this about this place but be careful when checking out. The woman checking me out tried to overcharge me by $20 and when I started looking at the charges before I paid she quickly changed the screen, I told her it was incorrect and she began to tell me I was wrong but I think she quickly realized I was onto what she did. I won't say dont go there, but there is definitely something up. Just pay attention.

Love stopping into this store. Always new interesting items and always good service. One person in particular was Tracy, she was amazing, she not only helped me but she went above and beyond. Super friendly and patient with me! Thank you Tracy! Highly recommend!

We used to love coming to the $2 buckets, I understand they changed the rules but there was no need for Lorena’s attitude. Lorena was very rude and overcharged us, she then struggled to give us our change back. We will not be back. Everyone used to be so kind.

We had a fantastic experience yesterday at the Restore. It was Black Friday and crowded but the mood was festive and the employees were SO helpful. Lots of Black Friday deals and even though the register could have used an extra person, or 3, The team member handling it, Elise, was wonderful. She was patient and kind to every person. We will be back.

We absolutely positively LOVE shopping here! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the selection of goodies are unreal. Along with the prices! It only has 5 stars to choose from but I would easily give 20 stars!!!! We’ve donated as well. It’s so nice to know donations are going to be used for such a great cause!!!

I shop Restores all over the country. This one has antique store prices and overpriced donated, often damaged fixtures. One of the most expensive Restores I have been to. It's crowded and hard to walk through as a result of not moving items. Extremely disappointing for what is supposed to be a nonprofit thrift store helping its community. The one in SLC is almost as bad, but at least they have some cheap windows and doors.

Update! I did not expect an apology, when reading the comments of other customers I realize that it is normal, in response to the clarifications, I have been a customer since 2022, so I am not lying, previously I bought 2-piece swimsuits for $2 for a long time, as for The blocking of my card is because its terminal fails and the lady who charges does not accept that it is a failure and because it is passed more than once, my bank blocks it for security, when I ask her to pay inside, she thinks I am going to steal or something So and that bothers me and more than it does in front of so many people, now I consider myself a good customer, and as for the costs, I know a lot about that, I am a frequent DISCOUNT customer WHOLESALERS, INC Via Trading, among other large wholesalers where I buy merchandise per pallet for $0.75 or less, I am not impressed by your prices, in Utah there are many stores where you can find $1 new clothes, I like to support and find treasures for personal use and I will continue . attending, but take care of your clientele and accept their mistakes!

Terrible service, this is the second time they have blocked my card because they do not have connection in the terminal for purchases of $2, previously they never opened the packages and now a swimsuit costs me $4, it is a theft, I prefer to buy in other stores
I have been buying the same clothes for two years for $2 and without warning they open the packages that are sealed and count as 2 a simple swimsuit costs $4, they should have a notice indicating it

Great spot for housewares & this n that. Best bet is to stop by frequently if you're needing a specific item. Loads of furniture, lighting, electronics, couches, dressers, baby & kids stuff, ladies clothing including dresses.

It feels so nice when you’re greeted so warmly at the store. Everyone there is so efficient and friendly. Thanks to Robert’s excellent service, I was able to find the furniture I was looking for. He took the time to show me what was available and was so kind that he even offered me home delivery service. Dylan and the guys who delivered the furniture to my house were very kind and respectful I highly recommend everyone to shop there.

While shopping I asked 3 people about delivery and not a single one could answer my question. When we went to check out, my husband was walking with a large piece of furniture balanced on a cart, one of the employees walked right into him as if he wasn't there and stomped off like it was my husbands fault. This was our first impression of Park City. Sad. Rude.

Update after the store’s reply: I’ve read through a few other reviews for this location and it’s very clear that the management has an ego issue and doesn’t understand how to handle customer complaints in an effective way. I’ve worked in multiple customer service positions and it’s appalling the amount of disrespect the management has for customers, and honestly shocking they still have a job here despite it. Dropping to one star because they 1) didn’t resolve my issue directly (“talking to staff” doesn’t mean much) and 2) apologized that I “feel this way” instead of taking accountability. Really disappointing since I loved supporting this store up until now.

Usually LOVE this place for their prices and great finds. However, I’ve been really disappointed lately with their customer service.

Today I purchased a baby changing pad labeled for $20. There were two next to each other on a shelf and they both had the same label and price. When I got to the register, the employee charged me $40 because it had been mislabeled. I explained to her that both of the changing pads were tagged the same and she became pretty defensive about the price being higher. She went to another area of the store and found the same changing pad that had been labeled “correctly” at $40. Most stores in my experience would have honored the price due to the labeling being the fault of the employees, not the customer. I’m a little frustrated because the whole reason I wanted the changing pad in the first place was because I was saving money on it compared to the one I wanted to buy off Amazon, which allows free returns (while obviously this store does not).

They also don’t allow you to try on clothes but then hike up the price of their clothing without allowing returns. It’s hard to know if an item is worth your money if you can’t even try it on. I’m pregnant so it’s especially difficult for me to know what works and what doesn’t right now. The whole point of a store like this is to help consumers find items at thrift store prices. I love the sentiment behind this store as well as the great finds, but I can’t believe the lack of customer care they provide here as well as the lack of logic behind their pricing. I miss the days of this being a true re-store.

I drove about 45 miles to check this place out. I was not disappointed.

*UPDATE*
There was a lot of very large furniture. Which is great for people looking for that. The prices have gone way up. Also, I bought a set of salad bowls and the tag read $15 for the one large bowl, 4 small ones and the salad fork. When I got to the register the guy charged me $2.00 a bowl and $15 for the one big bowl. Hmmmmm shady.

This is the most fun place ever. New arrivals every day. Fairly low prices. I bought an awesome wrought iron chandelier with decorative pinecones...$40. brand new rugs. Dishes and knick knacks, books, pictures and couches galore. If your home has the space for a magnificent large wall unit, this is your place. Couches galore, lamps and everything for the home. Ok
