Tim and everyone at Precision floors were amazing to work with. Our new floors are beautiful. Tim was quick to respond, communication was clear, and his precision shows in the final product. We also had him complete our project while we were out of state and he walked me through every detail and allowed me to feel comfortable from afar! We are so happy with our new floors, it was well worth our investment. I would recommend this team to any of my family and friends!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ten out of 10! I can’t say enough great things about working with Tim. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. He always showed up on time, communicated clearly, and responded quickly to texts and calls, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Tim is not only an excellent contractor, but also incredibly patient and collaborative. He freely shared resources, offered thoughtful recommendations, and truly partnered with me in the decision-making process. His organization and efficiency kept everything moving seamlessly.

The quality of his work is impeccable. He helped with new windows, new closet doors, bathroom tile, kitchen countertops, and luxury vinyl flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His strong relationships with local suppliers were also a huge advantage.

On top of everything, Tim is respectful, trustworthy, and just a great person!

I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would absolutely hire him again!

Precision Floors just completed our wood floors after a flood. We had some structural issues with our subfloor that Tim and Elvin remediated before the finish flooring install. They did an incredible job from start to finish. Their attention to detail is top notch. We went with an engineered French oak and it is absolutely stunning. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We had the pleasure of working with Tim Culpepper and Precision Flooring, and our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Tim demonstrated a high level of competence and spent the time to address our needs every step of the way. He went the extra mile, not only helping us choose the best flooring and baseboards but also assisting with design questions to ensure everything came together perfectly.

He and his worker’s professionalism, promptness, and great follow-through skills were unmatched, and the project was even finished ahead of schedule. The pricing was very competitive, yet the quality of workmanship and outstanding final product far exceeded our expectations.

Truly, Precision Flooring is a step above in every area. We are extremely satisfied, don’t have a single negative comment, and would highly recommend Tim Culpepper and Precision Flooring to anyone seeking excellent service and results.

We have used Precision Floors twice now and have been so happy with the results both times. Tim is meticulous, communicative and efficient. The kitchen was finished two years ago and there was no question of who to call when this recent remodel was started. We’re are so happy with it. Thank you!
