We were having problems with our printer here at the Massena Library. Robert Finley III came out and fixed the problem. But he also wet above and beyond; he noticed a couple of other things that needed to be looked at, and he fixed those issues, as well. I am very grateful to him! He deserves all of the stars!

Our library was having printing issues so Robert Finley III came out and went above and beyond to fix it. He also showed us some different features to make our label printing much easier. Thanks again!

Great customer support! When we call with an issue our Tech Jackie Anderson calls us back with in the hour. If she can not fix it over the phone, she will come to our business and take her time to fix our problem as well as teach us things we didn't know our machines could do. She has a great attitude and doesn't make us feel like we bothered her like other company's did. Switching to Usherwood was a great choice for us. Thank you Jackie!
