I have stayed at cheap hotels and hostels in the past but this is by far the sketchiest and most disgusting place I’ve stayed at. There are no additional locks on the door, they seemed to have been removed. The lock on the bathroom is completely busted so the door won’t even close properly. The toilet smells so bad and wasn’t properly clean, and the shower looks like one you would find in an abandoned home. This is basically a biohazard at this point. The sink and bath had so much staining too. I also think a child would have done a better job cleaning than whoever “cleaned” before we arrived. The sheets seemed clean at first until you looked a little further and noticed the staining that the sheets had. Somehow even the walls were dirty and the lobby plus the room were so damp is was disgusting.

I booked this hotel for may 15-18 for a graduation, i DIDN'T see anything about no refunds, i paid over $450.00. I have some medical condition as does my wife i asked for a refund due to travel restrictions, this gives 4 months to re-book this room. I took insurance which i never do i think probably because of travel restrictions. When i asked for a refund i was told no there are No refunds . I called the insurance which should of gotten a refund but they were told the same to tell me No refunds. Not only am i giving them a bad review i will be calling the appropriate agencies unless i get my refund. I will remove this review when i get a refund.

I'm really surprised how generally nasty this little hotel is.
It's really filthy.
The carpets are stained.
It smells musty.
The staffing is attentive but what can they do?
There's a complete lack of amenities.
No vending machines.
Ice machine and black coffee is all you get
I hate giving bad reviews but this structure needs to be torn down..
Or.. IDK about $250/500K for renovations.

I usually check the reviews. The ones I saw on Working Advantage weren't that bad. I only have one word to describe it: disgusting. Of course, I ran somewhere else. They denied my refund because, according to them, I stayed in the room for more than five hours. It was impossible to tolerate that place for five minutes. That place should be shut down. Obviously I give one star just to be able to write the review. I have pictures but for some reason I can't post them. Casualty?

The main problem with this hotel is that its air ventilation system is not working well, probably not regularly maintained. So then, stale musky odors are trapped in the room, and there is risk of mold and mildew! If you are staying here for any time, you MUST open the windows. In addition to that, it’s not quite clean .. I was fortunate though that I got a clean bed and clean bathroom however, and a mostly clean room. The towels also seem clean and washed to me, but I found a long black hair in them. The mini-fridge had a putrid smell however, so I did not use it and my food went bad. Probably the worst thing to me is that the entry hall stinks like urine and that the stairs are filthy - this makes going outside feel like a monumental task each time, making me want to stay indoors to avoid dealing with that. The good news is that the location is good with close proximity to plenty of stores and restaurants, in walking distance. My room also had a secure digital key, so I felt mostly safe. The receptionist I met at the counter was also nice. I also had a clean ironing board. The TV was not working however, and there’s no free coffee & tea in the room. I’m not even sure if I trust the bathroom sink for tap water, the water kind of has a smell, Also, there’s no elevator if you have luggages, but the receptionist kindly helped me to store my luggages in a secure room. And there’s no breakfast. Overall, there are a lot of drawbacks, but also some positive things - you have to consider if top cleanliness and air quality are top priorities for you, versus the lower price.
