I brought my car here from driving from out of town and we were able to book an appointment the following day. Optimal detailing did a great job and was able to remove the staining throughout the vehicle - highly recommend and easy guy to deal with.

Definitely worth it.

I had purchased a new vehicle, that was utterly disgusting. Smelt like smoke, sticky and stained everywhere. I assumed there would still be quiet a bit of staining after a good clean even. Now this thing was GROSS. Optimal detailing did such an amazing job. She's clean and smells waaay waaaay better than when dropped off. I was having battery issues and they where more than accommodating helping boost and waiting for us to get back with a battery. 10/10 !

Optimal Detailing did such a great job detailing our van. It came back as clean as new (which is no easy feat with all the stains and spills of kids) and they really went over and above. Super friendly guy as well. Would definitely recommend!

Wow, bought this car few days ago & was absolutely dirty, smells like piss, stains or the carpets and seats. I finally got it detailed & I am really happy with the outcome. Great work to bringing it back to life. Highly recommended. Good price.

Had the old Dodge Challenger detailed and was pleased with the customer service, the cleanliness of the vehicle, and overall experience. Very thorough and open to feedback on the service. Affordable with appropriate cleaning time. I was not left w/o a vehicle for a long time. Highly recommend if you're wanting a fresh interior.

Drove in from Las Vegas, car was covered with bugs and road debris as expected on a 1200 mile plus journey. Set up an appointment, easy over text messaging. Arrived at 8:00 AM. Koffi got to work immediately, detail oriented, customer service oriented and very reasonable pricing. He is an absolute find for an outsider like me. Took his time cleaning the SUV, you can see the result in the pics. I will stop here on my return trip. Hats off. Thank you Koffi.

My vehicle was feeling very “lived in”. I have kids and a dog that attends daycare… so I had all sort of grime, crumbs, wrappers, dog fur… like it was driving me nuts. I’ve tried to clean out my vehicle before but never been able to get it quite to the level of clean you get when you buy a new vehicle. Optimal Detailing was able to get into all the nooks and crannies and really get everything clean. I would highly recommend them. Being a mom, it’s incredibly difficult to arrange things outside of work, kids and life. Optimal Detailing came to our house and did the work there. It was perfect. I didn’t have to drive my vehicle anywhere, I didn’t have to arrange for someone to pick me up after dropping off the vehicle and I was able to tackle other things while they tackled the vehicle outside. Would definitely use them again!

He did an excellent job. The car smells clean and he spent extra effort to ensure the seats had no stains. The photos show discolouration due to normal wear and tear on this 2019 CHR upholstery. Attention to detail is well noted. Before and after pictures are included
