Mark is dismissive and incredibly unhelpful. Sooo wordy of course you’re charged by the hour. No clear explanation for anything, really an obnoxious man. Speaks in circles and acts like he is superior to you. Not a nice man. Every experience I have had with him makes me disgusted that he has been handling my mother’s affairs.

No one wants to talk about the inevitable: death. When a decision was made to embrace our needs, we choose this law firm based on others personal experiences. When setting up the appointment to meet with Mathew Nale, we were advised of the information and documents needed for the appointment, which made the meeting go smoothly.
Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and professionally. Matthew has a very calming demeanor and an excellent knowledge of elder law. There is no estate too small or too large. He made us feel welcomed and our situation heard and validated. He helped us make the right decisions.
Unfortunately a death occurred much sooner than expected and due to his expertise, everything needed for probate court was complete and went seamlessly. I highly recommend this firm and Matthew for your personal needs.
