We were on the lake for a short vacation when boat had an intermittent no start issue. Called when they opened at 8am and explained the problem. Jim said bring it over. When I pulled into the lot two of the guys jumped onto the boat before I even walked into the office to do the paperwork. They tracked down the electrical issue and had us back on the water by about noon same day. Price was amazingly fair

These guys are the best out there! Our gages froze on our 2018 Axis after our first day of the weekend. My husband and his friends worked on it all night but weren’t able to reach curtain areas and had to give up the fight. We called Batrums first thing in the morning and they told us to bring it right in. They had it fixed within a half hour and we were on the water to finish a great weekend with our kids and friends. Then, boat life hit again and we had another problem right before memorial weekend. Other boat shops either told us there was a 2 month wait or didn’t bother to answer our calls/messages. We only called other places because we live an hour from Batrums shop. We called Batrums and they responded right away and told us to bring it in, a few days before the weekend, btw, They had it fixed and ready by Friday!!! It ran like a champ and we had a blast. Plus they’re polite and pleasant to work with, unlike many others out there. 5 stars all the way!!!

I wouldn't trust anyone other than Eric and his team to service our boat. They do fantastic work and have a great eye for detail. They usually fix stuff that we don't ask for, which for us is nice because we mean to get around to it.... But don't. They do not over charge for services either. I love how I can take my boat to them and know that everything is going to be done right.

I bought a boat in SLO and it broke the first day on vacation. Batrums it was. Major rebuild. Batrums stayed on it and finished in 20 hours and saved our vacation. Now 2 years later, I called them with a problem and they helped me diagnose it over the phone. They are very helpful and trustworthy.
