Alex has been the ultimate professional. He installed both my tankless water heater and water softener with care. He left the premises clean. It’s been a very positive experience for me. Excellent service! I placed my order online at 23:50 and received a call back early in the morning. At 13:30 they already arrived!!!
Alex worked on my project, and everything was done neatly and cleanly. He also went the extra mile and fixed a side leak.
I must also mention that the offer was very competitive compared to other sources for the same model, being approximately 600-700 CAD less.
As a bonus, they took care of 100% of the paperwork to get rid of my Reliance rental; they even grabbed the old tank and wished me a nice day. I didn't have to move a finger!

We recently had a new hot water heater installed. So far, so good! Our installers, Mehdi & Alireza arrived on the scheduled time and quickly and efficiently installed the hot water tank. Kudos to them both. We will continue to use Go Lime for all our future projects. *Update: about 2 days after installation we experienced a leak in one of the pipes where they used a "shark bite" connection?! Not sure why they would use this DIY connection on a hot water tank? The good news is that they arrived that same day in the evening and fixed the problem.

After some initial scheduling challenges, Go Lime really stepped up to make things right. Once the installation team got on site, the work was absolutely amazing - professional, clean, and efficient.
Special thanks to Alex the contractor who did an outstanding job with the water heater installation. The work was completed to perfection and he explained everything thoroughly.
I also want to recognize the customer service team who worked hard to resolve the scheduling issues - Leo, Justin, and Imra were all incredibly helpful and responsive. They really went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Despite the rocky start with scheduling, Go Lime proved they stand behind their service. When issues arose, they took full responsibility and made sure everything was handled properly. The final result exceeded my expectations.
I'm pretty sure there's only one technician working in the Ottawa area, which explains the initial scheduling challenges. Once they got organized though, the service was top-notch. The company clearly recognizes this limitation and worked extra hard to make up for any delays.

I was really impressed with how professional this company is. Alex came and literally rolled o the red carpet, put on shoe covers to make sure that nothing in my home gets dirty. He did the job in a timely matter. He also cleaned up after himself, including sweeping my furnace room to make sure no debris was left behind. I was hesitant to go with one of those big online companies with all of the adds showing up in my feeds, but my experience with Go Lime has been great!
I was searching for a replacement water heater as mine had developed a very slight leak. GoLime had the best price i could find on a 60g Bradford White by about $300. I filled out the contact form on Saturday afternoon and immediately got a phone call from a knowledgeable gentleman. They had the exact unit I wanted in stock, and installed 2 days later. Mehdi and his partner arrived and did a great job, even helping me out with a small unrelated plumbing issue beside the tank. They used carpet protecting runners to not damage or dirty our basement carpet and cleaned up nicely.

Ordered a brand new water heater approximately 2 weeks ago.
I noticed loud sounds coming from the new water tank.
I requested a service call.
Technician Sohail Cheema, came by and advised that I would need a new motor.
This issue, has been causing me to wake up in the night.
As the water heater, vibrates in my room and sounds like I have a washing machine on.
The technician was very polite and knowledgeable.
I then called GO Lime to ask if the order was completed for a new motor.
I had to call 3 times because the same guy was answering the phone and it sounded like he was answering his phone from highway 401,
I was unable to hear him, with the wind or noise in the background.
According to him, there’s no way of telling when the motor will be in, so I have to continue to have sleepless nights until then.
I was not impressed with the service when I called GO lime, terrible.
The next day a new motor was installed and the noise decreased.
Update: A few weeks later a female called me from Go Lime offering me two months free.
I was kind of confused as to what she was referring to since I bought my water heater out right.
She wasn’t aware I own the water heater until I told her.
She also spoke about the google review and mentioned several times for me to update it.
I told her I will do that, at my discretion.
She suggested I get a technician in, to check the tank since my feedback was that that tank is a little bit louder than my old tank.
The technician came Sohail Cheema who was wonderful.
I was advised the tank was normal.
The reason why it’s 1 ⭐️ is because the people that work at the call centre or office don’t know anything and are not professional on the phone.
When I’m paying money I want good service.

Mehdi from Golime saved the day! How? My furnace broke down last night and I needed it fixed immediately! Not only was the work completed in a matter of hours. But it was done with the utmost professionalism and care. Mehdi’s attention to detail and his understanding of what needed to be done, reassured me and let me know that the work was being done well. Mehdi is absolutely amazing he came today to my house and worked on replacing my hot water tank, he was smiling and positive through out. Very, very professional and amazing man. The price is very competitive, and the price transparency is definitely a plus. The buying experience is even better than that of big-box stores. Initially, I was a bit skeptical because the pricing and buying experience seemed too good to be true. But yes, they are excellent—way ahead of the market. I am very likely to engage them for any future HVAC services for my house.

After almost 4 years of ordeal with Reliance I decided to call it quits and part with the 16 year old tank. The sales process was very clean and they explained everything clearly. The salesperson Liby was available on text and email. Mehrdad and his partner were very professional and courteous in the installation process. They even took my old tank away. But come January I get a bill from Reliance for December and one week of January rental. I don't know if the tank was returned and my account closed? Since I didn't receive any response to my question from Go Lime sales I went ahead and filled out the termination form at Reliance myself to prevent getting charged for the rest of January. Hopefully fingers crossed this is resolved soon.
Edit- Michael from Go Lime left a message saying the tank was returned and gave me a refund for December and partial refund for January. This company does go extra mile. Sorry for being cross. Go Lime!!!
