A deer decided it didnt like the way my Mazikeen look so I had to take her to Bates so she could be beautiful again. Bates got on it right away and when she was done they called. I went to get her and she had a flaw in the paint on the seam of the door that everyone including my man didnt see but I did. They kept Maz and corrected it. They called me a week later to pick my beauty up. I got there and she was back to her beautiful self. When I went to leave it was throwing some code and they reset her for me, (even called a worker in they had let go home early cause of this extreme heat). My Mazikeen is back!! Ty Bates. The girls at the front are awesome too!!

I had a great experience with Bates!! They went above and beyond to help me. They contacted the other persons insurance and got the ball rolling for me.
They repaired my back fender, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My car looks amazing again, and you can’t even tell where the damage was!!
I was especially happy about the way they left the inside of my car looking fantastic and felt fresh which I just loved!! The team was professional, friendly and did excellent work from start to finish. I highly recommend Bates Collision to anyone looking for quality repair and great customer service!!

Thanks Again
Sara

Very professional and knowledgeable. They gladly extend their service; after picking up our car we experienced mechanical issues. We called them right away, they said bring it back so we did. This took place before we were out of Galesburg. Not only did they gladly address the issue but they delivered our car to us in Avon. They also repaired our mangled car in a very time fashion. These people are friendly, professional, caring and handle all the logistics with our insurance. Amazing company. I would hire Bates for any job on any automotive concerns, you won't regret it..

Best place in Galesburg to get work done at. Professional, Timely, and the entire crew will treat you like family when you go in. From handling the insurance company and getting a rental car lined up for you the experience is top notch. Car came back looking brand new again. Highly recommend Bates Collision Center!

I was incredibly pleased with the service I received at Bates after my vehicle was rear-ended. Jen was extremely helpful in working with the other driver’s insurance company, and Dwayne kept me well informed throughout the repair process.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation—they were fantastic!
