Setup was well explained and easy to follow. I plugged into the ATA box sent to me and everything fell into place. Customer service is amazing and I was kept informed while the process on their end was being completed. Phone call quality is excellent. I would highly recommend NetJOi for your phone services.

Very unreliable and doesn't deliver anything, just resells internet from Shaw or Telus. Shady business.
They took all my credit card information, promised Internet connection and setup service, I received none and when I called to check the status there was no one who could take care of customers or lookup existing orders, they told me to talk to Shaw directly instead even though I'm not a Shaw customer and signed up with netjoi (Shaw sent me back to talk to them), they cancelled everything after a couple of days leaving me with no alternative options.
