Unfortuntley I am going to say it how it is because I have waited along time to say this. The customer service from the front end nursing staff of the office is absolutly appauling. Dr Lytle is and has been my family doctor since birth. Unfortunaltly the front end nursing staff make it very unenjoyable to see my family doctor and I refuse to make an appointment with him.
