We have been using Sun Pointe Services at Spanish Ranch II Mobile Home Park for the past 3 years and they do an amazing job with keeping our pool and spa sparkling clean. They are also very good at letting me know when we are in need of a repair and are quick to fix whatever is needed. The techs are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who owns a pool or spa to use Sun Pointe Services!

I've been using Sun Point for weekly pool chemical checks and filter cleaning and I couldn't be happier with the service. What really sets them apart is the communication after every visit. They send a photo of my pool along with a clear breakdown of the water chemistry, pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and more so I always know exactly what's going on, not just that someone stopped by. They also explain what chemicals were added which I genuinely appreciate. They are consistent, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend Sun Point to any pool owner who wants peace of mind and a crystal-clear pool all season long!

Sun Pointe/Phil was the ONLY provider out of 5, that took the time to realize that my pool heater wasn’t actually the problem. All other 4 did nothing but tell me that my old heater was obsolete, and proceeded to quote me a replacement. The issue was the connection between the heater and the Jandy panel; which a new heater wouldn’t have solved either way. For any future pool repair, improvements, construction, I will continue working with Sun Pointe. I’m now $7,000 richer thanks to their honesty and diligence.

We just had our pool replastered by another company (big mistake) who told us 'we are not familiar with your filtration system, so we are not responsible for restoring your pool's flow.' They basically left us in a non-operational state after plaster was completed.

We called Sun Pointe, they came out within 24 hours, got everything started, made recommendations, helped measure chems, helped start balancing chems, and stayed on deck answering questions for nearly 3 hours. All at no cost.

I beyond recommend Sun Pointe to anyone. Honestly, even if you don't have a pool, get one just to work with these guys.

Sun Pointe has done a great job of servicing our pool since our long time service provider retired. They send me a report with pictures after every visit and are punctual, neat and orderly. Their prices are very reasonable and their follow up is excellent.

My pool cleaner sold his business to SunPointe. We had used him for years and he was amazing. I was nervous at first but this company has exceeded expectations!
I also do property management so I switched those pools over as well. I love the email reports with photos that I can share with my owners of the properties I manage! They also let me know when something is in need of repair and prices are very reasonable! No other pool company has ever provided this for me. I feel like we are getting our moneys worth!

This company is incredible. They came all the way to Baker City, Oregon to service my pool.
I'm so amazed with the quality of their work and the sheer professionalism of their character. They even hung out with me after and watched the movie Pootie Tang with me.
People in the Bay area sure are lucky to have such a great pool company around.
