I am giving three starts cause they have washrooms for drivers in garage 13, overnight parking, and pretty much fast loading if ur load is ready, for seasonal loads, whoever is ur dispatcher or broker he should have a load number, attached a pic, and then u will have to be served as FCFS, but for those who are doing work seasonally for the brokers, if you are dropping a trailer and u don’t have a load number or a trailer that is already loaded, then u are gonna be here for quite a while, we were told by the broker that it is a hook and drop but, we found out the broker had no load from here for the day when I came here, and I got loaded in the morning, after they prepared the load, basically it is dependent upon ur broker, if he likes ur company, he will tell u to come when he will see a loaded trailer with a load number over there, otherwise enjoy this location, they can help u no way without pickup number. Basically, they will get trailers unloaded, and then how they make ur load ready, and then they tell ur company to send a trailer for pickup.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!
They steal your money and don’t deliver!
My husband and I ordered 500 Christmas trees for our small, family owned nursery in July. We happily mailed the security deposit, and were strung along for months, only to receive an email the on THANKSGIVING at 5PM, the NIGHT BEFORE THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE, stating that they wouldn’t be delivering any trees to us this year.
Liars and scammers!

How disgraceful to cheat and screw people over, especially after the year we have all had.
I hope these people get what they deserve and then some

Irresponsible company, unable to keep track of its delivery schedule. Order placed in June 2018 and two deliveries scheduled for early October.
To top it off, on December 7th they were unable to make the delivery for my second trip.
