The clinical staff members are horrible. Anytime I have booked in for an appointment there is a guarantee of 30-45 minute wait. The doctors blame the front staff for not booking in enough time and the front staff blame the doctors for seeing patients longer than the time blocked off. Always have excuses. The ladies working at the front are extremely rude and unprofessional both in person & over the telephone. It's frustrating because this clinic is the closest for me.
