Dr. David Lemchak is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pittsburgh at its Greensburg campus for his undergraduate education, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Dr. Lemchak then attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine… Dr. David Lemchak is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pittsburgh at its Greensburg campus for his undergraduate education, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Dr. Lemchak then attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at its Seton Hill campus. It was during his medical school career that Dr. Lemchak discovered his passion for dermatology. Upon graduation from medical school, Dr. Lemchak completed a Traditional Rotating Internship at UPMC Altoona Hospital in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lemchak is excited to be returning to the Pittsburgh area from Atlanta Georgia where he completed his dermatology residency through Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lemchak is driven to provide the highest quality of care with both respect and compassion for every patient.
