Cannabis Xpress carries a variety of products, with competitive prices. I believe they always have sales around rush hour on prerolls.

major shoutout to the very kind employee working last night until close - i came in just before and i told her what happened and she grabbed me what she knew i needed. she sold me flyers frosted infused grape gasolina and the weed was great. she also sent me home with some very kind and affirming words. it is nice to know that people are still people and care. i hope she sees this, thank you!!!!! :)🫂

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I walked in and asked for a 3.5g sativa above 30% THC. As a budtender, you should understand that when a customer asks for a specific weight like 3.5g, the standard assumption is usually flower unless they specifically ask for pre-rolls. Asking for clarification is fine, but the attitude afterward was unnecessary.

I clarified that I wanted flower and then asked for a recommendation. Instead of providing any guidance, product knowledge, or alternatives, I was met with a dismissive attitude and very little effort to help. A budtender doesn’t need to have tried every product, but they should be able to recommend popular options or explain what is available.

What made the experience worse was seeing how friendly and engaged she was with another customer before me, then feeling a noticeable change in attitude when it was my turn. Whether intentional or not, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

A cannabis store should have staff who are knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to help customers. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location.

I’m a regular at this dispensary. I always see the 2 ladies who work there, they are very insightful and efficient! A few other joined the team haven’t seen them around much but very friendly staff, always looking to come back for more🙏🏼

Chantelle is Absolutely my favorite employee at this dispensary.
She’s always friendly, super knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond—she even has my order ready when she sees me walking up. Service like this is rare!
