Cheap doors and windows of very poor quality. There's a gap in the bottom corner of each door (poorly designed weatherstripping). Two fixed double-glazed units weren't fully clipped in, letting in air. The window cranks all break in the same place without excessive force. The windows are flimsy and warp with the foam.
I chose Vaillancourt for a new build because they were the cheapest and I had a limited budget. I truly regret it.

Waited 20 weeks for the installation of my window and door after they told me it would only be 8 weeks. Now there are issues with the window they installed and they're claiming it's not their responsibility. I was not expecting this from a company that's been around for so long. Go elsewhere.
