Hands down, THE BEST golf cart experience I have ever had. I will never go anywhere else. After I had horrible experience with another golf cart place, I called CKD and Christian was AMAZING. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what they had, and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. Kristie was so efficient she had me all set up within minutes and was SO SO sweet. And Jessie, Jessie THE MAN, came to my rescue and had my cart delivered the same day. He delivered my cart, guided me on how to operate it, and was so professional. CDK's service is awesome. They are friendly and honest. They are thorough in checking out your golf cart. And most of all the Cart comes back to you Super Clean. As for the manufacturer (Denago) a-hem not having the parts readily available so CKD's can provide for their customers is aggravating. But thats Denago's fault. Please do your research on Denago before jumping into the cart. Even though I will say Denago does standby their warranty.My wife and I bought an Denago EV City 3.5 months ago and it has been back to the shop 3 times on warranty repairs. One would think for $18k you'd have a solid and good golf cart. Nobody wants a new vehicle that just bought to stay in the shop. We are trying to keep an open mind on our purchase.
But CKD's has stood by with full support. And We thank them very much.
