I visited this clinic few weeks ago and my appointment was scheduled for radio frequency ablation, but what happened I got epidural injections in the spine which was supposed to last for 2 months minimum.the pain was back before the first month ended. The waiting room was crowded and waiting time was about 2 hours later I saw the assistant physician the specialist saw me for few minutes and suggested to do the epidural first. The procedure room was filled with trainees about 7-6 (all males) they were chatting in their local language and making inappropriate comments ( cause they were laughing) not knowing what was said. There was no proper covering sheet and no patient protection from the X-Ray . I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t like the situation.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this clinic at all. I reached out looking for assistance after a very serious MVA and was booked for an in person consultation without reviewing or confirming my info/necessary referrals obtained/medical records were sent etc.

I was only told to show up 30 minutes early to fill out forms. I arrived early to a bursting, unorganized waiting room - staff didn't know who patients were, who was first etc etc

I waited for 2 hours to be seen and missed other appointments only to be seen and told that they didn't have access to my medical records and couldn't "do" anything today.

They seemed primarily focused on mass medical injections instead of quality care.

I should have received a call to advise they were running hours behind, instead of reminders to come early AND records checked and a proper intro prior to booking.

The staff at the front were more focused on where to order pizza from for lunch then on properly serving clients.

There are a lot of unnecessary gaps in service standards that are easy to fix.

Although the assistant that saw me seemed genuinely disappointed she couldn't help that doesn't negate wasting so much time, particularly when I am injured and in intense pain.

I wasn't expecting 5 star service but I was expecting staff to do the bare minimum intake.

Finally, I received a call to rebook my consultation without any acknowledgement or apology for my experience. Would not rebook or return - seems highly unlikely they will improve at all.

If you are unemployed or retired and have a lot of free time to waste you may not care otherwise expect long waits, and unclear next steps - good luck!

Excellent pain care doctors and staff. I've been going here for at least a year, maybe two. Follow my Dr from his previous clinic, as did many of his patients. I get freezing shots weekly for pain management - it works well for me.

Dog friendly which is a nice add-on.
Busy at times. Parking can be busy as well.

The property owner does not keep the garbage cans along the building emptied enough. Not the pain clinic's fault. Probably related to a TH being in the plaza - most of the garbage overflowing is from Timmy's. Some one needs to step up the frequency of collection. A lot of garbage gets blown into the parking lot.

He took the time to fully research and understand my condition, has found me alternative treatment options, and is the reason I live a full happy life. I find the Burlington Pain Clinic to be exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. From the moment you enter, the front staff exhibits a high level of friendliness and assistance, making scheduling appointments convenient and tailored to your needs, which is a commendable quality often lacking elsewhere. Dr. D’Souza has been a remarkable caregiver. When I first visited the clinic, he was practicing at the Hamilton Pain Clinic, and I was in a wheelchair, struggling to walk. Today, I am able to walk, although I still encounter occasional issues. He provides effective pain management and demonstrates genuine care and understanding. I do not find him to be one of those physicians who simply dispense diagnoses and dismiss patients. If you are seeking a pain clinic and a physician to assist with your pain management, I believe you will find the right place here.

I followed Dr. Inamdar here from the Oakville clinic, and I am so happy I did. The facility is great - very new and clean and comfortable. Staff are very kind and welcoming. Dr Inamdar and Victoria, the dream team, are still as incredible as always! It is evident that Dr Inamdar really cares about his patients. He gets to know them, and is always staying on top of whatever is causing them pain. He takes his time to hear how you’re really doing, and racks his brain to think of all the possible courses of action that can be taken to help with that pain. He is a genuine and compassionate doctor, who never rushes through appointments, gives you his time and undivided attention, and is always on time!! I highly recommend Dr Inamdar!!

Dr Inamdar has given me hope! I had spinal fusions Last year and was feeling depressed because I was still in too much pain to want to live. He had helped me prepare for my surgery but was no longer at that clinic. Eventually I found out he was now in Burlington and in the 4 weeks he has been treating me, my pain is greatly reduced. Both he and his PA Victoria are so empathetic and patient. Thank heavens I found them! .

I've been seeing Dr Inamdar for over 16yrs now. For my pain management I would not go to anyone else but him. He explains everything that you ask to a "T", so that you totally understand!!
He has helped me with my pain management in so many ways.
If it wasn't for him, I don't know where I would be today.
Also the nurses and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful clinic! It's such a calm and tranquil atmosphere which when you're dealing with chronic pain that makes a huge difference. The staff are so friendly. I am walking upright thanks to the care and expertise of Dr. Sawicki. He is incredibly gentle during what can be uncomfortable procedures. He listens to what you and your body tell him and is a gentleman who treats his patients with the utmost respect and compassion.
With his guidance, I have lost over 100 pounds to help alleviate the pain in my hips, knees and back.
I cannot imagine where I would be without everyone at the clinic. Sam and Rebecca; ladies that go that extra any time, every time!!
