The insurance verification team is very helpful, The front staff started off unpleasant, spoke to Lena the manager and she was helpful in resolving my issue . She been helped me make appointment! She went the extra mile and called back to advise me that the issue I had was resolved ! When I came in the front desk was nice ! Better than over the phone ! The ultrasound tech was nice and helpful ! I would book with OPI if I needed services again

Front desk associates were not friendly.
I receive 2 text messages advising there was not charge/fees needing to be paid, but when I arrive and checked in, it as a $30 fee. Neither associate could explain, why? Neither offered to e plain or get someone who could. The X-ray tech was outstanding!

Found this place through my doctor and I just want to applaud the front office ladies! They were very welcoming and helped me with my paperwork; I believe their names were Marianna and Mia - Wonderful customer service on their part, which is hard to find nowadays. Huge thanks to Nani as well, I was unsure about what was going to happen with my Calcium Scoring but she reassured me all the way.

Very nice and clean building with good amenities.

Definitely would come back.

The call for scheduling was perfect… Quick simple and easy. Sent me text messages, reminding me of my appointment and giving me specific instructions prior to arriving. The most pleasant part of the experience was the personnel. Specifically, Miss Nani. She was professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Made the entire experience, very relaxing and comfortable. I had to drive about 50 miles from home to get there, but she made it worth the drive. Customer service is lacking in today’s society. She’s a breath of fresh air.
Also, do not look at the reviews from Yelp… They’re old and inaccurate. The staff that they currently have is phenomenal.

Took my sister to her appointment today in the morning - Service was AMAZING. Mariana was nice enough to show me her jewelry that I found beautiful and helped me with any questions I had, Mia was very kind and offered to help me find nearby locations for shops, as well as guide us through the paperwork whenever we were confused. Nani was wonderful and has such a sweet soul. Thank you to those who trained them. Very nice.
