Take help me and my wife have 1st time own restaurant .He guided me since the beginning since he is very knowledgeable and answered every single question to my lack of expertise in the restaurant business. his experience as a restaurant owner is a big plus as well. Take also kept me updated with each step in the process. I am very lucky to find Take in this journey to open my first restaurant. After doing my research online, I found him on Instagram and had the intuition we would work as a team in the process to find the right place for me. Take always worked very professional and made me feel confident to take the right decision with the right resources he provided. He guided me since the beginning since he is very knowledgeable and answered every single question to my lack of expertise in the restaurant business. I must emphasize that his experience as a restaurant owner is a big plus as well. Take also kept me updated with each step in the process. He was always available when I had questions 7 days a week. Takenori is a very passionate and professional broker. There are many brokers out there that seem to be in the business for themselves. However, when it comes to buying and selling businesses, you want to work with someone who can really put themselves in your own shoes. Takenori is that someone with tons of experience both working as a manager for a very reputable franchise restaurant group and owning a series of successful restaurants himself.
