We provide turn-key solutions for property owners seeking help managing their permitted stormwater infrastructure. If a violation letter has been issued, our team of professionals can jump into action with our EverCare Rescue plan. For a flat fee, EverGreen will assess the property, put a maintenance plan into action, and document the entire process in a professional report, signed and sealed by a licensed engineer, which will be delivered to the City. Once back in compliance, property owners can count on EverGreen to keep them in compliance under one of their service plans: EverCare Standard or EverCare Complete. Under EverCare Standard, our certified inspectors will regularly inspect the site for maintenance issues, and about every 6 months, another professional report will be delivered to the City on behalf of the customer. This plan will satisfy all the requirements of the long-term maintenance agreement that is held on the property. For an added fee, EverGreen can add regular maintenance under our EverCare Complete service plan. This plan is particularly attractive for customers who have low-impact development or green infrastructure stormwater control measures like bioretention or permeable pavers. By performing regular maintenance, larger reconstruction projects of stormwater control measures can be avoided, which saves the customer thousands of dollars over time.
