roger conducted a detailed and superior inspection of our roof for any possible damage following a major storm. he was punctual, extremely professional and friendly to converse with, and went above and beyond to assist us by carrying out some provisional fixes to avoid leaks until we have a new roof installed. we can't wait to have the roofing and construction work done! the construction crew was simply fantastic! they paid attention to every single detail, collaborated effectively as a productive team, and completed the task much quicker than we expected. and the quality of work they delivered was outstanding!!! our roof now looks absolutely stunning! the roofing and construction company is a five star company and i would strongly recommend them!

I am the proud owner of a mid-century modern house in Chandler, complete with a low-pitch modified bitumen roof. After damage from a hailstorm, I secured the services of a reputable roofing company to undertake a roof replacement. As an architect, I occasionally oversaw the construction work. The team, including Miguel, Roger, and Theodore, were professionals and a pleasure to work with. Over time, we've experienced falling large limbs and other storm damage, and I've consistently called the same team back for roof repair. They'd send someone within a few days to give a fair estimate, and then schedule the repair within a week. I also had several operable skylights installed by another company, but this roofing team was my go-to for the roofing tie-in. They've consistently provided excellent service. I can't recommend them highly enough!

These guys are truly skilled! I engaged them previously to apply a fresh coating to my roof, and the outcome was fantastic. Just recently, I employed them once more to install a brand new roof on a rental property, and the results were astounding. The aluminum capping was truly eye-catching! They miraculously revived a rundown chimney. Not only did they dispose of a hefty amount of debris, but they also left the work area spotless, even cleaner than before they arrived. They even took care of the porch roof. After enduring extreme wind and rain, there are no leaks to be found. I heartily endorse Houston Family Roof Architecture! Jorge, Roger, and Leonard in Chandler did an exceptional job!

I had discussions with numerous roofing service providers before finally speaking with Roger from a certain company. Roger was impressively quick in his responses and addressed all my inquiries promptly. His honesty regarding the pricing and offerings for a roof replacement was refreshing. I found that many other roofing businesses would always try to lure with offers of superior shingles and suchlike. However, Roger clarified the rationale behind their marketing tactics, which truly convinced me. The roof was fitted in just a single day and it looks absolutely stunning. He even took the extra effort to choose a drip edge color that complements my trim paint! They collaborate with you and work to meet your needs, do not hesitate to reach out to them!

Leonard, Jorge, and their crew were an outstanding choice for my roofing repair after a spring storm in Chandler. The new roof installed by Houston Family Roof Architecture is not only aesthetically pleasing but also showcases top-notch craftsmanship. Their cutting-edge online client portal allowed me to monitor the progress and conveniently handle payments online--a handy feature in these times of social distancing. Leonard, their customer support representative, also played a crucial role. I would highly recommend their roofing services in Chandler.
