Following medical school, Dr. Redshaw returned to Pittsburgh for his orthopaedic surgery residency with Allegheny Health Network. He further honed his skills in sports medicine through a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Redshaw practiced with a private health system in the suburbs of Indianapolis, IN, before returning to Pittsburgh to join Allegheny Health Network, driven by a desire to be closer to family.
