I initially hired KR Allen for an emergency ac repair at my restaurant, I was so satisfied with their service I signed a maintenance contract with them. I highly recommend a service contract to other small business owners. It pays for itself with the time saved searching for reputable service providers and money saved preventing expensive repairs

Had over $20,000 damage to my house from the freeze. Prompt courteous service from beginning to end. Can’t say enough about the great job they’ve done. They answered all my questions and went over and above to address all my concerns. Great people to work with.
