Baskin Robbins has been my favorite my whole life, and that will not be changing! The employees at this location are always friendly, fast, and don't skimp on scoops. I know they're getting expensive, but who isn't? I'd pay for this quality over fake foamy soft serve any day.

Horrible! I don’t recommend this location. I ordered a two scoop sundae with strawberry ice cream and old fashion butter pecan and received a cup of whipped cream and chocolate fudge. They missed to add the strawberry scoop and added only half a scoop of the old fashion butter pecan. My husband ordered a three scoop sundae and received only two scoops. By the time I noticed this I was already home. I regret wasting my money here. I suggest ordering inside instead. They can’t handle the pressure at the drive through.

FIRE THE MANAGERS!!!
When we first walked in, everything seemed fine. But once we got in line, we were shocked. None of the employees were wearing gloves or washing their hands between customers. They were touching their faces and clothes while handling food. One employee didn't have her hair fully tied back, and when she bent over to scoop the ice cream, her hair was hanging everywhere. 🤢
I also don't understand how an employee can be on a video call while serving customers. She was talking loudly on the phone the entire time while taking orders and helping people.
I was really looking forward to getting ice cream since I'm pregnant, but I've honestly never seen such poor hygiene and unprofessional service. It completely ruined the experience for me.

My husband and I stopped in for some ice cream recently, and we had such a pleasant experience. The young man who helped us, Jahari, He was very polite and friendly. It’s always nice to see the younger generation work hard these days. We really enjoyed our ice cream and chocolate waffle cones, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

I finally get to stop by this location that is near my place and the ice-cream was pretty good. One thing worth mentioning is how it took aboit 5 minutes for the 3 workers to acknowledge my son and I. No one said "hello." I understand they are young, but young doesn't equal lack of manners. I was able to sample a few ice-cream flavors though and I loved what I chose so to be fair I will give 5 stars for flavors and options. 1 star for customer service though. Come on, how hard is it to say hello and acknowledge people?
