Melvin came over and he was earlier than our appointment time, which was a great sign for me.

He also told me exactly what needed to be done to my garages without trying to sell me on anything.

He even recommended ways to keep my garages structurally intact and his quote didn't change.

That was one thing I was scared of: that he was going to get here and say that it was going to cost more than I had been initially quoted but it didn't change at all.

I am highly recommending Melvin to anyone who needs garage doors and it helps that he is also local. Thank you so much. I'll be using you again in the future

Jose was the technician that came by to do my garage door upgrade.
His expertise and hard work is greatly appreciated.
Highly recommend ProLift!

We had Jose install our new garage door opener and then Angelo came out about 4 weeks later to fix and little situation with the door. Both were excellent and very professional! Definitely recommend this company!

Definitely recommend! Jose was very fast and prompt, and easy to work with. Great communication; he installed a new door, and now there's no more annoying sound!

We had two different homes requiring attention to the garage doors within a week and the first time Mel came out and advised on the best way to proceed with a very aged system. A week later he came to repair a different residence and did an outstanding job and explained his work well. Both experiences were coordinated by Cindy and she was very communicative and able to schedule quickly. We highly recommend ProLift of Elmhurst and will use them again.
