Great service and trustworthy! They were able to come give me a quote same day. The quote was fair and he was able to fix the problem on the spot. To put it in perspective, I received a much different quote with extra work that was uneeded from another company earlier in the day. Thank you for your honestly, speed and quality work!

The color of the company vans and trucks are so bright. You can see them coming a mile away. As for the staff, I was pleasantly greeted by Sarah, who then went on to explain to me the offerings of Elite. She was very professional, very courteous and extremely respectful. My next interaction with a staff member was a young man by the name of Aron. I hope I wrote that right if I didn’t oh well, he was a good man anyway equally professional, equally courteous, equally respectful and knowledgeable. My problem was quite involved and they were able to explain it all to me in terms. I able to
easy to understand, but I didn’t feel insulted you would best serve yourself to utilize this company. They’re eager they’re hungry and they’re very professional at what they do.

I called and was happy they could come within hours. I had a leak that I could not turn off. They were able to get it turned off. Luckily it was outside only. While at my house, I asked if they could also clean my drains in my master bath. Great experience.

I contacted Elite Rooter for a sewer line backup in my basement. A technician arrived within the two-hour window, cleared the clog, and showed me what he claimed was a broken section of my sewer line. I paid for the service, expecting the issue to be resolved.
Less than a week later, my sewer backed up again. When I called Elite Rooter, the representative told me someone would call me back shortly since it was a repeat issue. Almost immediately after hanging up, I received a call from a man who claimed to be a manager.
Instead of taking responsibility or discussing any type of warranty or accountability for their previous work, he told me they would charge more than the first visit to come back. He was extremely unprofessional, argumentative, and repeatedly said, “Clearly you don’t understand plumbing.” When I asked about Elite Rooter standing behind their work, he continued to argue rather than help.
At that point, I had no confidence in this company. I ended up calling a different rooter company, which actually addressed the problem professionally.
I would not recommend Elite Rooter based on their poor follow-up, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management behavior.

The technician was prompt and on time. He even called me when he was 20 minutes out to let me know his arrival time. He did an excellent job and made sure to lay out floor covers for any mess. He left the place clean and the line cleaned. We will definitely use Elite in the future and I will happily refer them to any who ask.

Isaiah, our technician was fantastic. He was easy to talk to and explain things really well. We had a pretty good clog so he needed to take the toilet off and made a video and showed us and explained every step of the way. Super nice guy really appreciate him.

Very fast and professional. Came out 2 hours after I called and after clearing my drain they sent a scope down the pipe to discover that roots from my tree had destroyed a section of the sewer line. By end of the day they had an excavation crew at work. I have a basement so they had to dig almost 12 feet deep. Day 2 they had completed the repair and day 3 it was inspected and backfilled. The price was a little on the high end, but it was all done in accordance with codes, utility locates performed, permit pulled, inspected, and properly compacted. Not to mention fast. As a construction project manager, I know this isn't the type of work that you cut any corners on and Elite didn't disappoint. The 10 year warranty lets me flush with confidence. My technician (David) was prompt, courteous, professional and communicative. Their customers are in good hands.

I contacted Elite Rooters based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I had a few issues that needed fixing, including a leaking shower, a leaking sink drain and a cold water supply valve that was no longer functioning. Joel came out quickly and was able to fix the shower issue with a new “cartridge” that I had purchased. Today he and Pedro came out and they quickly and efficiently fixed the other two issues. They were very kind and helpful and the price was fair. I will definitely be recommending Elite Rooter to my friends and neighbors.

I recently had Augie, Junior, and Jamie out for a major plumbing project, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Augie gave me a clear and reasonable quote, no surprises. Junior came out first to clean the drain, but when it turned out to be a bigger issue, they scoped the line to show me exactly what was going on—super transparent. My basement already had a broken floor drain, and unfortunately, the problem had escalated to a full main line replacement. The team handled it all, start to finish.

Jamie and the concrete crew were fast, efficient, and didn’t cut corners. They even repoured the concrete themselves—no subcontractors—so everything stayed on schedule and under their control. Pricing was fair, the work was solid, and overall I’m very pleased. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing serious plumbing work done!

My name is, and I contract with Elite Rooter Company as a plumber. Last Friday, I called a plumber. They sent me a Hispanic man named Carlos. Since I'm also Hispanic, our communication was in Spanish. The man diagnosed me for $249.99 and told me that if I hired the company, this cost would be deducted from the total bill.
Carlos told me he needed to replace two new pump sensors, ejectors, and three new high-voltage fuses. He billed me for a total of $2,149.98.
He told me that if I wanted the job, I would have to pay a 50% deposit that Friday. I paid him a $1,000 deposit. Carlos returned on Saturday at 9 am to "replace" the 3 new fuses.
He went down to the basement to install the 3 new fuses. When he approached the first floor, I asked him about the fuses he removed. He told me they were downstairs. Carlos went out to do “something” in his truck, so I went downstairs to look for the old fuses that I couldn’t find anywhere. When Carlos came back, he got out and removed the fuses that he had never replaced and gave them to me. He told me he would return on Monday to change the pump sensors. I told him I went down and couldn’t find the fuses anywhere. So I decided to cancel the job. Carlos got upset and told me it was no problem, that he would cancel the job for “X” reason and give me my $1,000 back.
That same Saturday, I hired another plumber from the AquaMech company. The gentleman who was here tested the fuses, and they worked perfectly, and put them back in place. He is a witness that Carlos removed the fuses and gave them to me. Carlos never put the new fuses back in.
What Carlos did to me is called fraud! He tried to scam me out of over $2,000 because the problem wasn't with the sensors either. Carlos gave me a false diagnosis.
I recommend that the company be very careful about who they hire! It's not fair that Carlos wanted to make me look stupid!
I called the company to request a full refund, but they told me they would only refund me $750.00. This is very unfair. Carlos wasted my time and tricked me.
This company has terrible service.
Be very careful not to be scammed by Carlos.

I called 3 to 4 different companies to get quotes about having a drain line or two cleared for my condo and chose Elite Rooter. Melissa was my first point of contact and made the process very smooth and efficient and answered all my questions regarding pricing, services, and specials. They had to jackhammer up the floor in the basement to replace 8 feet of pipe. They didn’t check to make sure all the basement drains worked. They did not. I had to call them back, at first they told me they couldn’t make it that day. I called Central dispatch told them that was not acceptable They got someone out in 30 minutes. I would’ve liked to seen a licensed plumber on site at all times during the repair there was not. In fact, a licensed plumber never checked their work and they has yet to give me a copy of the camera. I did check on them periodically they did appear to do a good job. I think it’s more on principal. They could’ve cut the tile in a straight line. It was glue tile it could’ve used a heat, gun and peeled them up a section at a time. I will have to do that to replace the tile, the concrete they put over the repair job tile the concrete a little too high I will have to deal with that when I replace the trial
