My journey started with Eugene, the sales consultant. He was my initial point of contact and helped me decide that building an ADU was the right choice. He also gave me a realistic idea of the costs I could expect based on my specific property. The way he explained everything made me think he had once been a project manager because he was very knowledgeable about the construction details unique to my lot. Eugene was also the one who prepared my quote. The pricing came back reasonable, so I decided to move forward with the project.

Once the contract was signed, Danelle took over the permitting process. The permits took about 1 to 2 months to be approved, which was within my expectations.

After the permit was issued, Andrew Ruiz became my assigned project manager. Fortunately, I only had one project manager throughout the entire build, and Andrew stayed with the project from start to finish. As with any construction project, there were a few setbacks and headaches along the way. I won't go into all the details, but it's important to understand that construction rarely goes exactly as planned. Throughout those challenges, IMKAT was there to provide guidance and help navigate the issues as they came up which made me felt like I was in good hands.

Overall, I was happy with how the project turned out. Despite some challenges along the way, I would recommend IMKAT and would consider using them again for a future project.

I commissioned IMKAT Construction to build an ADU, and I could not be more pleased with both the final result and the overall experience.

I first connected with IMKAT years ago through Eugene, one of their project managers. I had to pause the project when I moved to Arizona for work, but Eugene stayed in touch in exactly the right way. He was never pushy, but he checked in enough to make me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me bring this project to life. Before moving back, I was actually leaning toward another company, but Eugene’s professionalism and connection were a big reason I ultimately chose IMKAT.

Once the contract was signed, Faizan was assigned as my project manager, and he was outstanding. He was readily available, kept me informed throughout every phase, and gave excellent recommendations that helped me make decisions quickly and confidently. I never felt stressed during the project, which says a lot. Faizan is a true professional, and if I ever build another ADU, I would absolutely request to work with him again.

Lastly, a sincere shoutout to Ruvim, IMKAT’s CFO, who worked with me patiently through the financing process. It took some time to find the right financing, and Ruvim handled everything with professionalism, patience, and understanding. That made a stressful part of the project feel much more manageable.

The ADU turned out beautifully, and I’m very grateful to Eugene, Faizan, Ruvim, and the entire IMKAT team. I highly recommend them.

As a real estate developer with a construction background and experience developing multiple projects, I engaged IMKAT Construction for the execution of my ADU project and was very satisfied with both the process and the final outcome.

The ADU turned out great and truly reflects the vision I had going into the project. I’ve already received a lot of compliments on it.

Like any construction project, there were some challenges early on with design, permitting, and parts of the construction process. That said, what really stood out was how those challenges were handled.

I especially want to highlight my project manager, Vlad. He was a huge asset throughout the project. He stayed on top of everything, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always responsive. He did his best to navigate any issues that came up and made sure things kept moving forward.

Overall, I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would recommend IMKAT Construction to anyone looking to build an ADU. If possible, I highly recommend requesting Vlad as your project manager. He made a big difference in my experience.

Recently finished a 700 SqFt ADU with these guys and overall the experience was great. There was quite a bit of coordination up front and they were really good at providing the information. We had a little bit of communication issues we had to work through to get the plans submitted but once the permit process was complete it was all green lights. Their Design Team was very helpful and knowledgeable in the finish selection process, which was greatly appreciated. Faizan, the PM who ended up taking the project to the finish line was awesome. Great communication, very informative, got everything coordinated and produced a finished product that I am thrilled with. As I said to start, overall this was a great experience and I would definitely use them again for future builds.

I’m so happy to have my ADU built after years of planning for it. IMKAT bid the job early on and stayed in communication while I got everything in order before starting construction. They were patient and consistent with their communication and did a fantastic job building the unit. I am happy with the quality of the build and the project manager that finished the job, Vlad, was great to work with. Vlad is professional, was available, easy to communicate with and followed through on items that we agreed upon and discussed.

One point of feedback is that I had 3 different PMs throughout the job, which was a bit challenging at times and I believe is the reason that it was not completed per our original schedule. Outside of those 2 items, I enjoyed working with IMKAT and I would refer them to anyone considering building an ADU. From Pre-construction through completion of the project, their entire team was great. Even my visit to the office and interactions with their design and accounting teams were friendly, welcoming and easy to work with. Thanks for all your help with building my ADU!
