I was given a quote via text to have a rental property cleaned. The property had been freshly painted, new carpet installed in the bedrooms, the oven had been already cleaned as well as the refrigerator, and the kitchen cabinets had been freshly painted. Had the quote gone over a little bit I would have been fine but it was three times the quoted price! Do not recommend!

Love them! Spotless Cleaning did a truly amazing job cleaning an impossibly dirty post-construction house. The team worked very hard and stayed a long time. They did such a great job I've used them since then for "normal" cleanings. The office is super friendly and communicative. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to others.

Showed up 4 hours late without proactive communication after confirming. Didn't finish the job- sent pictures to April who was apologetic and said her girls were tired and ‘she shouldn't have sent them to the job’ because they were so tired. What?? Found broken glass on the ground- so either they broke something and/or didn't clean the floor? Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Edit- wow, what an unprofessional response back! Your inability to communicate and manage a schedule is match with your snark. Over promising and under delivering is a terrible customer experience. I not sure why you're acting like its my fault that your employees were tired, late, and unable to deliver on a CONFIRMED (we spoke on the phone at 8am), scheduled appointment; have some accountability.

From the beginning we have worked with April and everyone in their office has had AMAZING communication. Then the cleaning - hands down the best!!
I recently read an article about the top 5 ways to spoil yourself that are 200% worth it and having a cleaning service is one of those - I believe it was the top 1 or 2 and I completely agree especially after having Abby and Senahida. Every day we come home after cleanings are the best. It takes so much stress we didn’t realize was stress before their service off of us. We just enjoy being home and not working after already working.
The girls are so through and strive to make us, the customer, happy. We have used other services in the past but this team is easily our favorite.
