We celebrated a birthday at Cactus Club and our server Kadence was absolutely fantastic. Managing a large table is never easy, expecially us as we had we had a couple vegans at the table, dietary restrictions, and mods to our orders, but she handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely positive attitude.

Our drinks and meals came out right and in a timely manner, she stayed on top of our refills and checked in regularly without ever making us feel rushed. She was friendly, organized, and made sure everyone at the table felt looked after despite the size of our group.

Excellent service like this makes such a difference to the overall dining experience. Thank you for making our celebration so enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back!

Two of us went out for lunch. We were seated immediately on the patio. It was very nice and quite quiet because we were early.
Service was very good and food came up quickly.
The chicken teriyaki rice bowl was tasty and. very good. The steak frites good but unfortunately the steak was overcooked. We wanted medium but got well done. Still tasted good but could have been one step better.

Overall it was a very nice experience and one of the best places in Vernon.

I’ve been to several locations of Cactus Club Cafe over the years, and this experience felt a little different from what I’m used to. The atmosphere itself was actually great — very inviting, comfortable, and had a good vibe. The service was also very good, with attentive and friendly staff who made the experience enjoyable. The steak was still great quality and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. However, overall the food quality didn’t quite seem the same as previous Cactus Club locations I’ve visited. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just not quite the consistency I’ve come to expect. Still a nice spot with excellent service and atmosphere.

I had a great experience at Cactus Club Cafe. I usually order the lettuce wraps when I visit, and these were easily the best I’ve had at any location—fresh, flavorful, and really well prepared.

The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming front staff who made the experience even better. The restaurant itself was clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a consistently great meal and top-notch service.

I’ve been to the Cactus Club on Anderson Way tons of times, and these photos are from a few different visits!! The service is always good, the food comes out fast, and the steak is my favourite. I also love their Bellinis!
