Walked in with a dirty console, walked out with a still dusty scratched up console, there was a stripped screw so the accessibility was limited, but the technician seemed to handle my console with no care what's so ever which is very disappointing because you would think a "tech repair shop" would treat your products with care. would steer away from this place with all the damage they caused on my console and would do the same to yours. Very disappointed considered all the "great reviews" they had

This shop what’s one of the few shops that was willing to work on my son’s Xbox. Mo the technician that helped us was super informative. He took the time to explain the process and what needed to be done. When we came to pick it up he again explained best practices concerning the HDMI port. We definitely come back when we need tech type repairs.

Best tech repair service in the city! My phone screen had broken on the road and I swung by at short notice and they fixed it in under 15 minutes for a great price, basically feels like a brand new phone.

My wife dropped the her IPhone XR in water in the morning on Sunday while getting ready for work. Screen looked fine but, touchscreen would not work. Called TechPfix first to make sure they where open. I told the technician exactly what happened. He assured it was just probably the screen & would check & see if it had any other liquid damage. He gave me a quote & repaired the phone in about 30 minutes. He dried out any liquid left inside the phone. The price was fair & way cheaper then getting a replacement refurbished or new phone. I will recommend them to my friends & family.

I definitely recommend this repair shop they also sell unlocked devices. Great customer service I drove 2hours to come here I was greeted over phone right away & was offered what they had available in my price range . Even though I purchased i refurbished iPhone I was give a 30day return policy as insurance. I will definitely be returning in future if I need repairs or purchases .
