Staff seemed alright, though not especially polite or helpful. Dr. Wong has charged us twice for a form to identify our father as a dependant, and has twice failed to properly complete the form to the standards needed by the income tax office. As a direct result, my mother has not been able to claim tax benefits for our father as her dependant. Dr. Wong has also ignored repeated calls, and has refused to support this request. He also refuses to help unless we pay another $100 for another form. This is despite the brain specialist making a clear case of dependency - unfortunately the government will only accept a GP letter. Will NEVER go back to him. A rude, uncaring, and greedy person who exploits patients for money.
