Most amazing real estate experience with Laura and Derek! Super patient while we navigated through the buying process. We started looking just before Covid and Laura stuck to her beliefs on value and knowledge of the lakes. Super important for us. Not just looking for "a" sale but making sure we purchased "the right" property for us! Buying or selling a cottage can be incredibly daunting especially if your cottage is in Canada and you are from the United States, as our family is.

Having agents who are an energetic, informed and most especially "on your side" makes all the difference. Laura and Derek Stevens have been friends of our family for many years. So when we were seeking to sell our cottage of course we contacted them. We knew them as warm and generous friends and it's wonderful to see how their warmth extends and supports their incredible competence and knowledge as professionals.
