If you are looking for an honest and no-nonsense company, Bath Masters is the company to use for your bathroom remodel needs.
I shopped a few companies just to get an idea of what was out there and how they did business. The consultation with Blake was just under an hour and the cost of the job was straight forward. There were no gimmicks.
I was very fortunate to have the Big Ben and Little Ben team transform my old fiberglass tubs into a beautiful walk in shower and update/replace my master tub/shower. The workmanship was excellent and both bathrooms turned out better than I ever expected. They were very friendly and very professional. I was very comfortable leaving my home if need be during the process. Not only was the construction team great, the customer service was outstanding as well.
Tracey followed me through the whole process and took care of any concerns. Thank you Bath Masters for a wonderful experience!

From the beginning of working with BathMasters, the staff and sales representative were very friendly and professional and this continued with the installation crew, whose workmanship was outstanding. We never felt pressured in anyway and the work we had done was completed in a timely manner (in extreme cold at times). The two men working on the project were very detailed and always polite, giving suggestions when asked! My wife and I would highly recommend with them.

Bath masters did a phenomenal job installing a shower that would fit my 88 year old veteran grandfathers needs. They took the time to ensure handicap accessible bars and seat were fitted In The best locations for his needs and were great at communicating throughout the entire project. Bath Masters came and did both of our bathrooms. The first was a shower remodel and the seconds was a complete gut and rebuild. Their initial presentation and meeting with Lish was very thorough, complete and very informative. We knew what to expect and the approximate time frames to expect. Our install crew was Tyler Abel and Amanda Trickey and they were the best. They were informative all through the install, always had suggestions when a decision was needed and they were exceptionally neat and tidy. They never left a mess when they were done for the day and kept it clean while they were working. Removing old plaster walls is always messy but they kept it to a minimum. If you need a bathroom redone I would highly recommend The Bath Masters and if you want a great crew to do it, ask for Tyler and Amanda. Fun to work with and they did a top notch beautiful job. Spencer, Amaya and Ryan has an amazing work ethic And all of them were very nice and professional
They said they would finish it in 4 days and they did
Even with unexpected problems like having to replace the fuse panel and working in the dark they were still able to finish the job on time Everything had to be removed to fit the tub in.Spencer and Amaya made sure we had a toilet and running water the entire time. Spencer kept us informed on everything every step of the way which was a huge plus. Your team worked great together and they deserve credit for that. We will 100% recommend Bathmasters to family and friends. This experience was a great experience we felt no stress. Thank you

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic! Our crew, Lee and Ben, were professional, polite and personable. They were punctual, and kept us informed on every step. They left no stone unturned, every detail was addressed and perfect. They made sure we were satisfied and answered every question. We had a complete bathroom remodel and we absolutely love it! Our shower is amazing as is the floor and vanity.
We have already shown pictures to friends and have highly recommended Bath Masters when they choose their remodel and request Lee and Ben!

BathMasters did an incredible job replacing a bathtub shower unit with a walk-in shower customized for maximum accessibility. They expedited the job due to early move-in and completed the job on a Saturday! Finished shower with accessibility options was exceptional - both in form and function! Demolition and installation crew were top-notch professional maintaining a clean environment and obtaining real time feedback on exact placement of fixtures and shelves. 5-Stars plus!

Great experience with Bath Masters. Had them remove a bathtub/shower and replace with a shower unit. Choices for styles and options were numerous. Once the install was scheduled the installers, Tyler and Amanda were very friendly, timely, kept a clean work area and did a very professional job. They answered my questions as I occasionally checked in. Even my dog accepted them 😁. Overall, a very good experience.

Our experience was top notch from beginning to end. Lish was very informative and helpful in the sales and design portion of our contract. Our installers, Oliver and Patrick, were extremely punctual and respectful of our home and time. They kept to all time lines and cleaned up after themselves very well each day. They were mindful of closing the door behind them when going in and out of the house so that our cats stayed safely indoors. Which is very important to us. We love the final result!

I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom. Wyatt and Clayton did a fabulous job. They were here every morning and cleaned up before leaving each day. Getting rid of my bath tub and putting in a walk in shower with a bench and grab bars will allow us to stay in our house longer as we age. My new bathroom is beautiful. Tyler and Amanda were wonderful! Seemed as if Tyler could handle anything thrown his way. Absolutely professional and respectful of our home!
