DO NOT USE for finger prints/background Check. Either couldn't be bothered, not enough staff/empty store, (last week) assured me Monday will be staffed. Hours are from 1100 to 4pm. Per Manager John, went today, 12:39, Manager John said, "busy store" going to be a while ". Dude. Very poor customer service. Just tell everyone you don't/can't/hate doing these.

Nice location. The staff is friendly especially Miss Amber she is nice and approachable and most of all patient. I see good potential for her to be a assistant manager one day I hope Mr. John keeps her as an employee she is awesome not to many good workers now a days. Keep up the good work Miss Amber very much Appreciate!

Rudest man I’ve ever dealt with at this store. The service has always been great here but he makes me want to avoid this store for Amazon returns.
He clearly hates his job

I got my live scan finger prints done here. Lisa was awesome helping me out and being patient when the machine didn’t want to pick up my prints. Shout out Lisa you are a star ⭐️

I come here a lot to send packages and get things notarized. Usually not too busy and the staff is friendly enough. The prices could be debated about being too high but there in line with other places. Much more convenient then the Lynn Haven location for me.

**UPDATE**
After re-reading my original review, I want to clarify something: I don’t want anyone to think that this location’s prices are out of line. I believe their pricing is right in line with what other shipping carriers are charging, and the reality is that shipping in general has simply become more expensive everywhere.

That increase shouldn’t reflect negatively on how I feel about this particular UPS Store — and I hope my five-star rating makes that clear. The staff here has always been helpful, professional, and easy to work with, and my rating is based on the consistent service they provide, not on the broader cost of shipping.

Just wanted to make sure that was understood and that the credit goes where it’s due.
