My appointment was at 10:00 am. I got there at 10:05. The groomer had not arrived. They started to groom my dog a tad past 12, two hours later, even though there were no other dogs being groomed. I would have rather told the appointment was at 12 rather than waiting for my dog to be done and no one was there to do it.

I normally have a good experience, however this past experience it wasn’t as I expected. First thing when I went to pick up Jackson the Representative quickly handed me the order and told me to take it to the cashier to pay. I was uncomfortable with doing that but I went and paid and also tipped the Groomer. Well when I went back they were like oh we couldn’t trim his nails well Kelsey trimmed them in a previous appointment. Although I wasn’t charged for the service I feel as if the Groomer wasn’t as patient as she could have been. Also they just handed me Jackson without telling what was serviced and no report card no treat. Next time I will just request Kelsey or another Groomer

Haley is an amazing groomer, very patient with Teddy, and very sweet. Haley always makes sure the cut is to our wishes and ensure Teddy is comfortable. Thank you very much for your hardwork me and my Husband appreciate it! Teddy always looks amazing!

Took my 2 American Pitties in, as always and Kelsey did a perfect job as always with them!! Decided to give it a try with my less than friendly Rottie, he went in with her, no issues. I watched and she was more than accommodating to his nervousness with grinder (for nails). Another groomer went over and assisted in giving him pets to help calm him. The groomers at the winter park location are beyond amazing. Thank you Kelsey (as always) GREAT JOB!

Both ladies did a great job on my pups. They were overdue for a cut and came out so cute! You could tell they had a passion for the animals and took pride in how they came out.
