I booked full grooming service and Raven did an amazing job with kuuki haircut! She took the time to ask how much hair I wanted trimmed and made sure to follow my preferences exactly. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how she listened to my requests. Kuuki looks great and I’m very happy with the results!

I should give 5 stars if I don’t have to wait more than hour for a walk in mini make over for my small dogs due to lack of staff schedule on the weekends. I do hope you added more staff especially on weekends

Raven is amazing. Don’t hesitate to take your dog to her. My puppy was so well cared for and came away with a fabulous cut. Check out the before and after pics!

Polly did an amazing job with Cooper. A 100 lb lab with lots of energy is no easy client. She took great care of my pup and he looked amazing.

I cannot even begin to describe how kind and patient the stylist/groomer Shylo is! She’s absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend her enough. She made the whole experience so pleasant. We brought our dog in for nail trim and buff. The entire time her tail was wagging!

Mind you she’s a rescue dog that was abused and has a broken leg. Shes fearful of getting groomed, especially nails clipped and has some separation anxiety. Shylo is the best groomer and from now on we will only be booking with her!
