Winnie had her bath and needed her toenails cut, I asked that they be cut and filed they were scratching my hardwood floors.
When I got back to pick her up it didn’t look like her toenails were cut! Paid 12.99 and could see no difference!

This is my second time taking my 6 month old rescued pup ( his name is BINTANG ) to Petco. The groomer, Rebecca, is super awesome ! No issues at all.

I took Bintang about a month ago to 2 different places and both said they could not do it cus my pup was too nervous . ( I think those two previous places had UNEXPPERIENCED STAFF MEMBERS OR JUST PLAIN LAZINESS ).

Anyway, I am glad it went that way ( things always happen for reasons ) cus that is how I found Rebecca at PETCO!

I love it and Bintang gets his grooming nicely !
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!

We have been going to Nicole for about 3 years and I can’t be more satisfied. Not only do Alice and Rex always look great but they are always done in about two and a half hours and we never have a problem getting an appointment. I highly recommend Nicole and Rebecca at the Short Pump location of Petco. I have a lot of anxiety about leaving my dogs places and Nicole has always eased my concerns and now I no longer worry about them. For the past two years Nicole has even given us personalized Christmas ornaments with locks of their hair she saved from a previous grooming visit. The most thoughtful gift I have ever received. Thanks Nicole and Rebecca for always doing such a great job with such pleasant attitudes. You guys make 9 am on a Sunday awesome!
