My goodness was the receptionist rude. I had a simple question if they had appointments open for today (and wasn’t expecting them to because I understand they are probably busy) and she sounded irritated with an awful attitude. I don’t want my animal being treated by people who get irritated for having to do their job.

Packed up and went home before I could even arrive. Mind you I was ON TIME for this appointment. Tread lightly

I had to split up my girls into two different crates and unfortunately it created a lot of stress for my animals. Including when I was leaving the store the one crate fell off of the cart which could have injured my animal. I think going forward I will be doing all their vaccinations because I know I can get the three in one for under $13 and that's including the booster which I was charged way too much.
